Weather

I enjoy watching the weather and I am a trained NWS spotter. Primarily got my HAM license for that. To monitor the weather at home I have a Davis VantageVue weather station. Click for more details on that.

R/C Flying

I started flying Radio Controlled airplanes a few years ago. Currently have 4 planes flyable. Trainer, T-34,Cessna 180 and a Lancair. Click for more.

Model Railroading

I have been interested in model railroading since I was young. Started when I was into slot cars and saw a slot car layout with a train around it. Currently I’m in the planing stages of a new layout. I also collect C&NW antiques. More later.

Photography

I have been into photography since about 1980 and made the switch to digital in 2008 which gave me a chance to combine both photography and computers. Love playing with Photoshop and Lightroom. I worked for about a year as a portrait photographer and would like to get back into that along with some wedding photography. Photography page coming soon. For now click on my “Photo’s” page for more.

I have a fairly diverse range of interests, astronomy, aviation, computers, gardening, Ham radio, model railroading, numismatics, photography, R/C flying and video editing. I also enjoy biking, x-c skiing and a good round of golf. Still have some work to do in this section but you can click on the title of some of the sections for a more detailed page.

Gardening

I’m am not a master gardener by any means, but do enjoy working in the dirt and having a nice looking landscape filled with flowers. You can see more of my garden by checking out my photo page or go directly to a gallery by clicking here.
